![]() Open the Block Properties Palette, Go to the Parameter Sets tab, Right click the Lookup Set icon, Copy / Paste then Rename (Lookup Set Double or whatever), Right click this new Parameter set, Properties, Actions (at the bottom), Click the bar, Click the …, Add Action object Lookup, Ok, Ok, drag and drop as needed. Seems like most dynamic block tutorials online offer support for dealing with single parameter/action examples - not much when it comes to integrating several at once.Ĭharles, I think I would benefit greatly with a little more narrative on the sequencing of your ELEV block if you have time.Īs you will read there what you seek will not work.ĭo you know how to create the Double Lookup? Seems a little too advanced for a beginner like me. It seems like the order in how these are applied to the symbol and attribute is important. There are also (2) ROTATION parameters/actions and a MOVE action. ![]() I think I'm struggling with the double lookup table part of it. ![]() Tried to reverse engineer it but I'm not having much success. I had downloaded a Attrib_Rotate.dwg you shared in another thread and thought I would "study" to see if I could benefit from the solution for the ELEV block within it (see attachment for reference). Wouldn't that create a problem with a Vis state solution? I thought of going the Vis state route but would ultimately like to rotate this symbol and attribute along any angled increment.
